Yes!
You can order merchandise from us, and Yes!
---we can ship to your country!
Your business is important to us, and we try hard to get our foreign orders shipped
quickly, but there are some special things we must ask you to help us with, and they
are explained here.
Registration
You are free to use all the browsing and search features of our site right now, but
to make purchases, you will need to register with us, using the same registration
form as domestic U.S. customers, modified slightly for overseas buyers.
Ordering
Here is where we have to be a little creative ... When you have made selections, and
you have completed the checkout process and submitted your order, we will calculate
the cost of shipping and reply to you, within 24 hours, with an e-mail invoice which
shows the full cost of your purchase, including shipping. As soon as you e-mail back
to us that you accept the charges, your order will be immediately processed. Obviously,
we need to have a good e-mail address for you in order to complete your order---so please
take special care with that part of the registration form.
Payment and Shipping
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
We ship to most overseas customers via U.S.P.S. Global Priority Mail, which will generally
take 3 - 5 days for delivery. To find out if your country is eligible for Global Priority Mail,
(don't worry---it is available for most destinations) or to get a rough idea in advance of shipping costs, you can use the
rate calculator at the U.S. Mail website. For destinations in countries that don't receive Global Priority Mail, or for orders
beyond GPM weight limits, other shipping options are available, and will be explained in our e-mail response to your order.
Import Duties and Taxes
Many countries impose import duties and taxes on international merchandise shipments. We have no
control over these costs---charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. We ship via
US Postal Service, and are required to indicate on the package the content and value. Contact
customs officials in your own country if you need to determine whether or not you will be liable
for duties or taxes.
The International Trade Administration (part of the U.S. Commerce Department)
publishes a useful site on international
tariffs and taxes which includes lists of contact information for local trade offices around the world;
it may be a good place to learn more about customs regulations in your country.
