CARBIDE.COM is the e-commerce division of Central Coast Saw, Inc., which also includes two full-service sawshops in the central coast region of California: Santa Barbara Saw Service, founded in 1959, and Carbide Saw, Inc., in Ventura. We are tooling specialists, providing grinding services and tooling to over 700 commercial woodshops, as well as thousands of artisans and craftsmen in California and across the U.S. We sharpen and repair tooling, and we also design and build custom sawblades, shaper and moulder knives, router bits, drills and boring tools. 
The online store carries the same product lines that we have come to rely on in our California shops: Amana, CMT, Freeborn, FS Tool, Her-saf, LRH, Ocemco (Pasa Robles Carbide), Onsrud, Stehle, Tenryu, Velepec, and other quality brands. They are names chosen for high quality, and for the overall value they offer to the professional woodworker and serious craftsman. We are a stocking distributor for these lines, and we inventory most of the items we sell, normally shipping merchandise within 24 hours of receiving an order.
